The jacket has an elastic trim at the bottom and in the collar. Adjustable sleeves. The sleeves have an extra storm cuff in an elastic material. The storm cuff has a hole for the thumb and can be pulled over the hand to further protect from the cold. Reflective piping for increased visibility.
