SHIPPING POLICY

ProTec Workwear offers express delivery by Fastway courier or Royal Mail, orders will be dispatched the same day if received by 1pm that day.

If items are out of stock or on back order please allow up to 7 working days.

Free delivery in NI, UK, Scotland, Wales on orders over £60.

Free delivery to Republic of Ireland on orders over €95.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Protec-wear Ltd will accept returns within 30 days if the items have the original labels/tags and original packaging. Once returned, a refund will be put back on the original card used.

Protec-wear Ltd will exchange faulty items (within reason it has been the manufacturers fault and proven) if the item is a genuine manufacturer's fault. 

If the item has been purchased, incorrectly or the wrong size has been ordered, we will arrange to exchange it for the correct product/size. Customer will be liable to pay postage to return to us.
